being barefoot, pregnant, taking care of house and husband, planning more adventures and travels w/ hubby sound really nice. i’d say that it’s just my biological clock ticking, but i’d be lying. i’ve been swaddling my teddy bears since i was 4 and taking babies out of mothers’ hands since, well, they’d let me. in an ideal world, he’d just say, “let’s you and me get married and have some babies. i choose you everyday, forever. i’m gonna keep doing me. and you’re gonna keep doing you. i got your back. you got mine. and we’re gonna have lots of sexy time. and we’re gonna travel the world.” see, that works for me :) ah, ramblings at 2:30am. alors.

A Little Thank You Note From LoLo to You :)

I hope giving thanks is an everyday thing for you.
It is for me.
First thing I do in the morning is say, “Thank You.”

But, this is a Twitter thank you of sorts.
So to the Tweeps who have a little moment to read this, or even those who don’t, this is for you.

Thank you for the awesome tweets
That made me laugh, smile, and grin
That inspired, motivated, and blessed me
That made me feel special, cared for, beautiful, funny, and (most importantly) loved.

Whether it was just dropping a ‘good morning!’ or ‘how are you?’ tweet or a smiley face, know that it meant lots to me. Thank you.

I’m grateful for the unexpected and wonderful relationships that I’ve developed because of Twitter. Thank you to new friends that have opened my eyes and my heart. Thank you for the new experiences and thoughtful conversations. I’ve learned so much from you and I will forever be grateful to have you share a piece of you with me.

I wish you love, peace, and Blessings.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Nuttin’ But Love,
LoLo

“America is no longer based on markets and capitalism, instead our economy is designed as ‘socialism for the rich’ – it is designed to ensure that the wealthiest people take all of the gains, while regular Americans cover any losses…It’s a Las Vegas economy where regular Americans put their money on the table and the richest 1 percent own the house. And if the 1 percent happen to lose money, the 99 percent bails them out – covers their losses and then stands by watching while the house does it all over again.” —

Robert Johnson of the “Patriotic Millionaires,” the group of very wealthy people calling for higher taxes on the rich, is absolutely right here.

What he fails to mention or realize is that having the 1% contribute a little more to their own bailouts, subsidies, and war profiteering is not actually helping our situation.

“We can never judge the lives of others, because each person knows only their own pain and renunciation. It’s one thing to feel that you are on the right path, but it’s another to think that yours is the only path.” —Paulo Coelho

“The secret of attraction is to love yourself. Attractive people judge neither themselves nor others. They are open to gestures of love. They think about love, and express their love in every action. They know that love is not a mere sentiment, but the ultimate truth at the heart of the universe.” —Deepak Chopra

“I just think that sometimes things happen between people that you don’t really expect. And sometimes the things that are important are the ones that seem the weirdest or the most wrong. And those are the ones that change your life.” —Jessie Sammler, “Once & Again”
